1929 Packard 640 limousine tow truck
It has a three-ton Manley crane mounted to the back, which would have been plenty of hardware to tow the little Model T sedan they have parked behind it.

You have to be vigilant friends, that is why I posted this. Please keep your self alert for any morons that aim a car your way, and freak accidents like crashes in the opposite lines that cause debris to fly over the barrier into your lanes
